He brings over a decade of hands-on experience in both project and operations management across high-stakes, high-pressure industries.Rather than taking the traditional college route, Dennis went straight into corporate America, starting as an operations specialist. Over the next 10 years, he rose through the ranks — managing complex, multi-million dollar projects in government contracting, and leading internal systems for one of the largest office services outsourcing companies in the U.S.His approach is deeply tactical, execution-focused, and rooted in the realities of running teams under pressure. At Singleton & Associates, he brings that same clarity, calm, and control to every client engagement.
